Penny Masquerade Presents the Grand Opening Giveaway!

Hello and welcome to the first giveaway hosted by Penny Masquerade! To celebrate the opening of the new Penny Masquerade etsy shop I will be giving away not one but two pieces of jewellery! The first prize is my new "Mr Feathers Vintage Style Bronze Owl Necklace"  and the second my new "Tweet Tweet Silver Tone Bird Earrings".

TO ENTER all you need to do is visit either the new shop - http://www.pennymasquerade.etsy.com - or the old shop - www.rubyrougejewellery.etsy.com (some items are still available here until I get chance to transfer them over) - find your favourite item and post a reply to this message telling everyone what it is and why you love it. SIMPLE! I will ship internationally so anyone and everyone can enter. Multiple entries can be gained by blogging and/or tweeting about this giveaway on twitter (please provide the link to your post below as evidence) and/or becoming a follower of my blog (please let me know what you have done in a message below). Each extra thing you do will gain you one extra entry! Each thing you do to gain an additional entry needs to be listed in a separate message as I will be using a random number generator to pick the winners. Once the numbers have been generated I will go down the list of entries until I find the corresponding entries.

Hello and Welcome!

Hello and welcome to behind-the-scenes at Penny Masquerade. My name is Sarah and I started making jewellery in 2008. I originally set up a company named Ruby Rouge but having discovered another jeweller trading under that name I decided to change my name so as to avoid any confusion. After months of uming and ahing over the new name Penny Masquerade was born! My new etsy shop - http://www.pennymasquerade.etsy.com - will be launched on Wednesday 19th May (only 3 days to go!). I've expanded the collection currently available for purchase at http://www.rubyrougejewellery.etsy.com and you can see a sneak preview of some of the items that will be going up for sale at http://www.flickr.com/pennymasquerade or by viewing the slideshow on the right-hand side. My designs are influenced by Alice in Wonderland, fairytales, France, afternoon tea, history, pirates, nature, romance and writing. I love the past and love to imbue my designs with characteristics apparent in vintage and antique designs.

To celebrate the launch of Penny Masquerade I will be holding a competition giving you the chance to win one of the new designs! The competition will begin on Wednesday to coincide with the grand opening of the shop so watch this space.
